*For Holiday & Kwanzaa Marketplace orders: To ensure orders are processed and shipped in time for the holidays, all orders should be submitted by 5:00 pm (EST) on December 15, 2021. Orders submitted after will be processed once the Hampton University Museum staff returns to campus on January 3, 2022.*

SHIPPING, IN-STORE PICK–UP, & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout after customer information has been entered.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your order after it is received. Local orders are usually delivered in 1-2 business days.

The majority of the orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground. UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please include a street address for your order. 

Please also provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY/FEDERAL EXPRESS
Second Day delivery to street addresses within the contiguous U.S. is available for an additional charge. To qualify for second-day delivery, orders must be placed before noon eastern. FedEx upgrades are for delivery Monday through Friday only.

IN-STORE PICK UP 

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.  Please pick up within two weeks from the date of purchase or give us a call to make arrangements for a later pickup.  This service is Not Available until we reopen to the public. Thank you.

MISSING PACKAGES
If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the date of your order, please contact Perrin.Williams@hamptonu.edu (Gift Shop Purchase) or Deanna.Brooks@hamptonu.edu (IRAAA Purchase).

They are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM to help you with your order.

Please consider the security of your delivery location when placing your order–neither Hampton University Museum, Hampton University nor our third-party shipping companies are responsible for stolen packages.

ONLINE RETURNS 
Returns are not allowed unless you received a damaged item.  Please send an image of the damaged item before returning to: Perrin.Williams@hamptonu.edu.  Earrings are not returnable unless they are broken when taken out of the packaging.  You must return the item in 30 days with a receipt. Only unused products can be returned and must be in original packaging with tags.  We will replace the product.

No returns are accepted on used, sale, or custom merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non–refundable.
